ANSWERS

What are standard sizes?

We offer three different stock sizes: 30" x 94", 30" x 60", and 18" x 36". We can do custom sizes as well so please inquire if interested.

What size banner should I use?

This all depends on the size and strength of light poles, the physical proportions of the street in the area, and budgetary considerations. Your KBW Representative can guide you to the correct solution.

What is the banner material made of?

Our standard screen printed banner fabric is 100% Marine Acrylic Canvas. 100% Acrylic Coated Polyester is available upon request. Exterior digital banners are constructed from 18oz vinyl. Interior digital banners are constructed from 13oz vinyl. A wide variety of other digital materials can be custom ordered.

Screen printed or digitally printed?

This depends on design and budgetary considerations. Read our discussion on how to choose the right banner.

Should we do one or two banners per pole?

The structural capabilities of your light poles as well as budget are two issues to keep in mind when considering how many banners per light pole. Many KBW stock designs are created as sets.

What is the lead time for banners?

Normal lead time for our stock seasonal banners is 10-15 business days. Custom banners normally require 15-20 business days. Under certain conditions, an order may be expedited. Rush charges may apply.

What is the price of a banner?

Prices vary depending on the size of the banner, whether the banner is digitally printed or screen printed, the number of banners and number of ink colors per design. There is a four banner minimum order for stock seasonal banners.

How are brackets sold?

Brackets are sold individually. One bracket is equal to one main metal casting and one arm casting. The arm casting consists of one fiberglass rod glued to one metal casting. You will need 2 brackets to mount a single banner - top and bottom - per pole (which is the method we recommend). Banding material is sold separately.
